Therapy is a potential transformative journey. Whether you decide to work with me on a short or long-term framework I will offer you a safe, caring, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, reflect on your emotions and try out new ways of being and relating.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy to adults and young people from my consulting room in Woking, Surrey. In response to the health situation that has arisen due to the pandemic, in order to minimise unnecessary exposure and keep clients and the community safe, I will continue to offer all my sessions online via the secure video conferencing platform VSee.
I am bi-lingual and can provide therapy in English and Greek.
how I can help you
I have been privileged to support clients in their journeys for more than 12 years on issues such as:
• childhood trauma
• bereavement and loss
• shame and low-self-esteem
• adult trauma
• work related problems
• relationship problems
• issues relating to identity, purpose and meaning
• sexuality and gender
• current relational struggles
I have extensive experience of working with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, feelings of emptiness, worthlessness, and inadequacy, self-destructive behaviours as well as clients with symbiotic and co-dependency issues.
My experience also includes supporting individuals who are identical or fraternal twins, and who have found their twinship to be both a source of happiness and distress.
